The Krönner has a very good quality of food, cakes and drinks. We love the pralines. I always buy lavishly here for my customers and am happy to be able to give away these delicacies. !!BUT PLEASE!! what was going on today? No more than 4 people were admitted at the entrance door! When I entered the shop I had counted 7. One operation and just stress. I didn't buy anything because of Corona and I'm out again. On the way home I stopped by again, the shop was completely overcrowded again. The cafe can't afford to be taken care of, so that everything doesn't fall into business so thoughtlessly and irresponsibly. What a shame about this beautiful shop. But we have Corona and we have to take better care of each other. And 4 people means 4 people and not 7 to 10. The distance cannot be maintained here. I didn't like that today. I bought somewhere else, where care is taken that the Corona conditions are actually complied with.

The cafe is great in the pedestrian zone of Murnau. The food is freshly prepared; You can see for yourself in the half-open kitchen. The food was very, very tasty! Since the selection of cakes looked very, very good, we also tried a dessert afterwards: The cakes are awesome! Definitely try it! All in all, great!

Best hot chocolate in town from freshly grated chocolate ... and the homemade cakes are delicious! Moreover, the handcrafted chocolate bars have a very rare taste, each of them, one better than the other. Wednesdays and Fridays at 3:00 p.m. there is a chocolate tasting for 10 € per person.

To charge € 4 for a (normal) cup of white coffee, that borders on insolence. The breakfast menu reads well, is high-priced and, in the end, comes across as unkind, the quality of the goods is ok to mediocre (the cheese was partly already stuck at the edges and curled upwards, the sausage was not of high quality and the prices not adequate. The homemade jam was delicious. When we were serving breakfast, we were told that there were no more dark rolls (we were here around 11:00 am) and that they had simply replaced them with rolls in the bread basket. We found it very ugly and asked to get more bread instead. But the service reacted pleasantly for us and brought two pretzels instead of the rolls. All in all, however, we didn't feel that we were in good hands here, the price-performance ratio just doesn't fit.

We visited the cafe on a Saturday afternoon. The cafe was full of visitors. Every table inside was occupied and there was no minimum distance between the tables. I don't know how the cafe can still use all tables during Corona time. The staff was overwhelmed and was very impatient.

Our wedding cake came from this place. While a lot of wedding cakes manage to look nice, this one also tasted better than any wedding cake I had before. The whole thing was eaten up during the night of the wedding party. Highly recommended are also their "normal" cakes which we also tasted.
